To the Heritage Homes Family,

I am pleased to inform you that Heritage Homes is beginning a phased process to normal operations. While the plan is subject to change as new information is presented, we feel comfortable beginning the first step. It has been and will remain Heritage Homes’ central priority to protect the health and safety of The Heritage Homes Family and our surrounding community.

SALES: Our sales offices will be open to new prospects by appointment only beginning Monday, May 4, 2020. Appointments will begin at 9:15 am. The available times are 9:15 am; 10:30 am; 1:45 pm; 3:00 pm; and 4:15 pm. Between each appointment, our Team will properly clean to prepare for the next appointment. We will remain closed to walk-in traffic including current customers. Appointments as well as sales enquires can be made by calling the sales line (Alabama or Mississippi 251-666-3950 and Florida 850-477-0006); corresponding via live chat on our website www.heritagehomesfamily.com; or by emailing khardin@heritagehomesfamily.com (Alabama/Mississippi) or mhouk@heritagehomesfamily.com (Florida). Our Team is also happy to set up a Zoom Meeting with you so we can communicate face to face and share our screen as we talk about your new home.

Questions from our current customers who have not yet started should be emailed to fbolton@heritagehomesfamily.com. We will continue color selection by appointment only as well. Please note, appointments will be initiated by Heritage Homes based on the start date and our availability.

CONSTRUCTION: Construction will continue in the field, as has been the case, with limited interaction. Keep in mind, things have slowed down slightly as crews practice amplified safety precautions. The inspectors are still working, but also have special protocols. Non-essential meetings are being deferred until such a time can be deemed safe for all parties. When meetings do take place, no more than two non-Heritage Homes people will be allowed at a walk-through or meeting, and no meetings with anyone other than the customer or customers on the contract. Homeowners should continue to call, email or text the Superintendent.

WARRANTY: Non-emergency warranty visits to occupied homes remain suspended. However, emergency and necessary warranty appointments will begin to be scheduled. Both Heritage Homes and the customer must feel safe and comfortable. Email warranty@heritagehomesfamily.com for warranty questions. Heritage Homes reserves the right to determine what is necessary. Zoom meetings may take place to attempt to solve warranty issues through video conferencing.

The Heritage Homes Team will continue a phased approach with in-office and remote working until at least May 11, 2020. I cannot thank The Heritage Homes Family for their continued commitment and ability to adapt. I am grateful for all of our employees, customers, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
